As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing.

What factors contribute to job satisfaction ?

How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

That job satisfaction plays an essential role in individuals’ wellbeings is an undeniable fact. If we realize the significance of satisfaction of all workers in business world, we will deliberate on it much more meticulously. No doubt, there exist many factors that contribute to this aim although it seems almost unrealistic to achieve this goal.

Firstly, perhaps the most helpful element to reach this destination is that employers implement some effective incentives to encourage their workers. Some example of these kinds of incentives could be business owners can give extra wages on a monthly basis or they can give their  employees 2-3 days of vacation, except for their annual permit. In short, financial and social encouragements can be the most useful and harmless implementation to increase job satisfaction.

Neverthless, in today’s world with the ever progessing technology, it may not be possible to meet the required satisfaction and expectations of every worker. In other words, it is unrealistic to try to achieve all individual's pleasure. However, we can make it realistic by looking at this situation collectivelly rather than individualy, with goverments providing new rights for workers. If goverments and company owners are to increase the welfare of the public, they should not only rise general annual permit but also raise minimum wages. All and all, from such a general point of view, workers' job satisfaction can be enhanced and made actualist by all these enticements.

By taking all above-mentioned arguments into consideration, the following conclusion can be drawn about the issue. Underestimating the workers’ job satisfaction in today's world is not logical. If sufficient and necessary incentives are applied by both emploers and general laws, needless to say that every employee's satisfaction can be ensured readily.
