A large company wants to train its employees to use new techniques. Which is the best way to train the workers?

1- Have all of them attend a training program together

2- Have some of the employees attend the program and later show their coworkers what they learned.

In the technology world we live, a majority of citizens defend that to make progress and keep up with the times, there is a must method that is to attach importance to training all workpeople in large companies. From my point of view, the new knowledge should reach to the whole employees at the same time, rather than a few laborers. I will look into my point with two remarkable reasons.

First and foremost, to provide complete and high quality information flow, training should simultaneously be given by an expert to all workers. In this way, when they do not understand anything, they can learn from a trustworthy person. On the other hand, if some employees attending the program inform their coworkers later about their learning, they may transmit incorrect or missing information to others. To exemplify, last year, a few new respirators were taken in the department, and none of us could figure out how to use them. Because the chief of the department could only let a few of the laborers attend the training due to work load, I and two of my coworkers took part in the program together. Afterwards, I started teaching others what I had learned, but I could not respond to all questions of them. Had we added altogether this course, question of nobody would have remained in suspense.

Furthermore, if all workers receive training all together in a workplace, they can head lots of time loss off, and may use this gained time to achieve new goals. In a large company, to be able to proceed in the production area, time being the most precious asset should be spent efficiently. To illustrate, the aforementioned events, while I showed my workmates how to use these devices one by one, as far as I could remember, we lost almost a week of time. On top of it, as our training method came up short, we had to repeat the program again by training altogether. Eventually, we came to the conclusion that the selected prosedure was a faulty decision because it cost us two weeks.

In conclusion, the training program should be submitted to the all laborers at the same time because not only does this fact makes transmit flow control become more effective on workers, but also it leads them to acquire a plenty of time to work. Based on these factors, I think that the best way is that all of the workers should participate in the training course.
