Overall, it can be seen that there was an increase in the consumption of pizza and hamburgers whereas the desire for fish and chips decreased over the given time.
To begin with, the line graph depicts that in 1975, the most popular fast food with the Australian teenagers was fish and chips, by being eaten 100 times. However, over the time, the demand for it experienced a fluctuation until 1985 and after this year it started to follow a sharp dropping trend and finished the period under 40 in the year 2000, as the least eaten one among other given fast foods.
In contrats, a rapid increase is noticed in the fashionableness of hamburgers in 1975 and this continued until 1985. Between 1985 and 1990 its number of depletion exceeded that of fish and chips. After 1995, the number of eaten hamburgers remained stable at 100 times until the end of the period. There were similarities between the inclinations of hamburgers and pizza consumptions with the distinction that the consumption of pizza increased much more slowly than that of hamburgers did. In the year 1995, the adoration for pizza reached its peak at just over 80 times eaten. Yet, after that time, its popularity stayed steady and finished the period without any change.
