Below is a map of the city of Brandfield. City planners have decided to build a new shopping mall for the area, and two sites, S1 and S2 have been proposed.

The map above shows two sites of potential building construction area for new shopping mall building. S1 sembolizes the North site and S2 represents the South sites of the map.

The S1 zone is located in the North side of the map and there are few reasons to construct a new shopping mall in this area. The first one is housing estate. It would be a good oppourtunity to attract visitors. Likewise, it has river road and two transportartion networks. Besides, it is close to the city centre. It would be useful to supply people's necessity and it is a huge advantage for making advertisement.

When people exit from the shopping mall, they can arrive at golf course and park easily. These are good reasons for the construction of a new shopping mall in S1.

When we look at the S2 area, we can see the railway and road network. This zone would be helpful to access transportation. Nevertheless, It is emptier than S1 district because it is a blind point and it would be noisy due to the industrial estate. In addition, it is too far from other estates, even from the river.
