You are going on a short training course at a college in Greenmount, Northern Ireland. You need somewhere to live while you are there.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am an applicant for the forthcoming training course on ‘Selective Functional Movement Assessment’, at your college. I am writing to enquire about the accommodation facilities available for individuals who want to attend this course. I am hoping that you would kindly arrange suitable accommodation for me.

I would like to explain the place I want to stay in details so that I feel at home. First of all, I would appreciate it if you could find a private studio apartment for me. In terms of the apartment, all I requirements are a bed, a desk, a TV, an Internet connection, a kitchen and a bathroom. My budget is around US $1000 for 3 weeks. Secondly, I would like to dwell in a calm and safe environment. Furthermore, the presence of the security guard will give me peace of mind. Lastly, I would be extremely pleased to stay close to the course location to save time.

My stay will be from 1^st to 22^nd of July. Therefore, I would request you to arrange my flat or room before I arrive.
