You recently travelled by plane. While you were at the airport, a member of staff helped you with a problem, and now you would like to show him/her your appreciation.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my gratitude to you and your staff Sena for helping me find my suitcase at the Istanbul Airport on Wednesday, June 28, 2021.

After I arrived at the airport, I went to the baggage claim area to collect my bag in which I had a laptop with very important files. Unfortunately, it was not there. I thought I had lost it and I fell into despair.

I sat on a bench and start crying when Sena approached and asked if he could help me. I expressed her what happened and described my bag which is old and grey one with lots of stickers on it. She left someone in charge to look at the security camera. Surprisingly, my suitcase was found three hours later. Admittedly, I would not have been able to find it, had it not been for Sena.

Thanks to her help, my important files are now with me and I will be able to present my presentation at the meeting next week. She quit all her work and was completely interested in my isuue. I would really appreciate if you could reward her with an extra premium.
