Dear Mrs. Sahin,

I am writing with regard to the disturbance caused by the loud music from your apartment.

First of all, I am working from home due to Covid 19; therefore, I need to spend most of my time at home. My problem is that a loud and disturbing noise is coming from your place especially between 22:00 and 24:00 hours, which makes it really hard for me to sleep. Also, I have to wake up early in the morning to work; therefore, I should go to bed before 23:00. However, I cannot sleep because of the loud music. Consequently, my business performance declines.

In order to resolve this issue, I would like you to play music at a low volume. Additionally, it might be pleasant for both of us to get a new bluetooth headset. I also believe that I deserve an apology.

I seriously hope that we could solve this problem and remain good neighbours. I couldn't talk to you on the phone because I don't know your phone number. Should this issue not be resolved, I will have to contact the authorities.
