Dear Sir or Madam,

Hope you are doing well. I am Kubra Yilmaz, the tenant of your 57 Ataturk Street building residing in apartment no 101 for 2 years. I have been a good tenant since then. I always pay my rent on time and also never bothered other tenants. You have been extremely nice throughout my stay here. Whenever I faced any problem, you promptly provided a solution for that.

I am writing this letter to explain my situation to you. My rental agreement with you was for 1 year ending in December 2021. Unfortunately, I have to leave and move out from the place In November 2021. The reason for this situation is that I am starting my job on the new position in Ankara. This job, which I have dreamed of for a long time, is immensely critical to my career. I hope you can understand.

As I will be unable to stay here until the end of the contract, I will be really pleased if your kindly release me early. I realize that generally it is not allowed or have a number of penalties; however, I really hope that you can understand my situation and return my deposit.
