shopping mall in the city of Branfield. A brief examination of the
map reveals that there will be two potential shopping mall sites
located in the north and south east of the town.
First of
all, the S1 location is in the north area of the town. This location
has many potential benefits. This zone is near the railway and road.
It has housing estate and it is in the north of the city centre and
the river. Because of this fact, it attracts great attention to the
shopping mall because the S1 construction site has many qualitative
keys. For example, Housing Estate and City Centre may increase the
chance of coming of the customers to this area. Another example is
that the river is usable for the landspace or panorama from the
terrace. Additionaly, if any person does not have a personal vehicle,
they could use the railway. In addition to this, if the customers get
bored while shopping in the mall, they could go to the golf course
and park.
On the other hand, there is a location in the south
of the map, which is S2 zone. It has some possibilities in the area.
These are industrial estate, railway, road and the city centre. The
industrial estate provides many potential profits. For example,
transportation cost in this area could be less than other site, S1.
