You recently took a train journey but you left an important item on the train. You phoned the train company to report it but you were not pleased with the response.

To whom it may concern,
I travelled by your train company last Saturday and I forgot my bag there. I talked to your call centre but they could not help me very much with this problem, and that is why I am writing to you.
My bag which is a handmade one, is a present by my mother. It is a middle sized, old, black color, leather backpack. It has two pockets, a white handle and a black top handle. If you look at it, you could recognize it easily. I think, I forgot it under the seat in the third row of the fifth carriage.
After arrving home, I noticed that my bag was not with me, so I called your station call centre and talked with Loise. I described my bag and I said where and when I forgot it. She listened to me and said that the train had already left the station so she could not communicate with the staff of the train because the train did not have any telephone and was passing from an area that there was no signal. She only took my contact information and said that if my bag was found they would call me. It has been three days but no one called me. When I call your call centre they are repeating same things.
I think I have waited enough time; thus I would like to know where my bag is. If it was found or found? I would be grateful if you could contact directly and give me further information about my bag. I wrote my mobile phone number below .
