Dear Mr.Jenkins

I am writing to you because I recently have had some financial problems that have pushed me to make a hard decision. I would like to ask you if I delay to pay this month's rent, would it make a problem for you?

As you know, I have been working in tele marketing for six month since I moved here. These days, some of my business partners said that they could not give my payment on time. This matter does not affect my business for a long time, but now I had to use emmergency fund which is my ensured money in the bank for hard times.

After All of this trouble, I made a contract with a big company whose name is Amazon. This contract, which includes first payment as a huge amount, was signed for two years. I could pay the rent but it takes a little time, because of the fact that I am going to take the payment on the first monday of next month, which means the day of my paying rent will pass over 15 days.

Lastly, I can assure you that I will be able to pay my rent on time in future. I also may set up a direct debit so the payment goes automatically to your account each month. If what ı wrote is not satıcfactory for you, I could pay the rents of three months in advance.
