Nowadays, people of all ages agree on their eating habits as well as the place for having their meals. I believe that eating at home has a lot no gainsaying advantages. Not only does it cost them nothing compared to eating in a restaurant, but also every raw material is handpicked and hygienic at home and far and away healthy.
Eateries are available in every nook and corner of the city in a country. These places become attractive for many, but outside meals are critically more expensive than cooking home. Therefore, when individuals go to an outlet, they can spend a considerable amount of money on even a portion of simple food. To exemplify, I went to a renowned restaurant with my family a month ago for dining, and when I wanted to pay the bill, I was appalled the time I saw the bill because it cost an awesome monthly salary for me. On top of that, we had to tip the waiter and the valet. Had its cost fairer, we would not have opted to cook at the house.
A majority of population are sure about how to prepare hygienic and high-quality food at home, but they are not sure about the quality of ingredients used in the cafeterias and restaurants and their hygienic conditions. Moreover, they know how much oil they put in it or how many calories in each cuisine. All of these make them healthier. My own experience is a compelling example of this. When I was a university student, I stayed in a dorm, and I never had rather their feed because I once found a hair in. I mostly used to give meal orders from coffee shops. However, although the meals were quite delicious, they made me suffer from many health issues, such as diabetes and obesity.
In conclusion, I believe that both the poor and rich should avoid eating outside due to the fact that we can both cook healthy meal and make it cheaper. Therefore, parents should encourage their children to eat at home and inculcate the habit of cooking from their childhood.
