The chart below shows the proportions of graduates from Brighton University in 2019 entering different employment sectors.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.


The pie chart above provides information about the percentages of the people who studied at the University of Brighton in the year 2019. Across the board, it is seem that the service industries, manufacturing, education, politics and government made up the biggest part of the chart whilst the transportation and warehousing, science and technology, civil service and others had less employments in a year 2019.

As it can be clearly seen from the graph, just around half of the students went into two major industries. On the other side, the service industries employed more than other sectors, almost 33 %, and around half of that percentage which was 16.3% obtained jobs mentioned in pie chart. Politics and government services were also the next most popular preferences, accounting for nearly a fifth of graduates. The percentage of students who got a job in the education sector was approximately 15 % in that period.

According to the pie chart, sports and charity were the lowest parts among the students who had a job. On the other hand, both employments transportation and warehousing, science and technology took similar attraction, which was roughly 8 % from university of Brighton. Finally, the number of chosen students by civil service and others was the second lowest rate among the students.
