The line graph above gives information about the fast food consumption of Australian teenagers from 1975 to 2000, a more than two decades time period. Across the board, it seen that while hamburgers and pizza consumption demonstrated similar trends, fish and chips eating habits acted differently.

As it can be seen from the chart, in 1975, the most well-known fast food with Australians was fish and chips, being eaten in a year 100 times. The consumption of hamburgers and pizza was closely twenty times less than that of fish and chips at that period of time. Nonetheless, with the exception of a brief peak between 1980 and 1985, the utilization of fish and chips substantially shrank in 25 year duration to finalize at only below 40.

In sharp contrast to this, the youth ate the other two kinds of fast food at massive size. In 1990, the number of pizza consumers continued its steadly climb untill it passed the consumer number of fish and chips. After this year, from 1995 to 2000, it kept on to increase until it levelled off. On the other hand, the highest rise was seen in the number of hamburgers consumption throughout the 1975's and 1985's.
