The diagrams below show the life cycle of the silkworm and the stages in the production of silk cloth.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

As it can be clearly seen, while the first diagram stands for illustrating the life cycle of a silkworm, the secon given diagram demonstrates the manufacturing of silk cloth step by step. By and large, the whole process is outlined in four steps in the first diagram whereas the second tableaux does that in five steps.

Begin with the life cycle of the silkworm, the whole process starts off with a moth laying the eggs on a mulberry leaf. After ten days, silkworm lavas commence to consume this leaf as nourishment. Larvas become covered up by silk thread after the second step. After three to eight days, the mold that comprise larvas and the silk thread carves out the cocoon. When 16 days past, the moth arises.

When it comes to production of silk cloth, the selected silk is dived into water and get boiled. After this, it comes in possession of a thread between 300 and 900 meters with the step of unwinding. The twisted thread is dyed with a colour/colours. As the endmost step, the dyed thread becomes weaved and dyed again .
