The diagram illustrates the way bricks are produced for the building industry. Overall, it is clear that there are totally seven distinct stages of bricks production, with a variety of equipment used in the process.
In the beginning, a digger is used to excavate the clay. Firstly, clay is dug by a digger to make a lump of clay before passing onto a metal grid. Then, it is shaken with a roller to get some pieces of clay. Following this, the mixture of sand and water is carried to the wire cutter or mould before getting dried in the drying oven to wait for 24-48 hours.
In the subsequent stage, the bricks go through a kiln to be heated at 200-980 Celsius and 870-1300 Celsius with a high temperature before they are taken to the cooling chamber which makes the bricks cool down. Finally, the bricks are ready for packaging and being transferred to the delivery truck.
