Duru Utkan - 12

In the given materials, the author of the reading passage focuses on a rewarding system which he believes that it elevates the proles' productivity in work. On the other hand, in the listening section, the speaker argues the accuracy of this system.

The author strongly advocates that prizing workers' tasks has a crucial impact when it comes to their productivity in their employments. The author collacates a set of examples to achieve this, such as not only giving promotions or unique privilages that is provided for the employee but also consigning magnificant vacations for them. It is also mentioned in the reading that the index of action they make is directly proportional with their motivation.

On the contrary of what is stated in the reading passage, the speaker strictly doubts this rewarding system. She believes that the most paramount thing for the workers is the amount of money they earn instead of proping up them for boning up their work. Besides, she braces her ideas by mentioning that up to present, there is no such study that has proved the connection between creativeness and recompensation. In fact, she adds up that if the system fails, it would end up with diminishing the proletarians' effectiveness in their tasks.
