In spite of the advances made in agriculture, many people around the world still go hungry.

Why is this the case?

What can be done about this problem?

In today's world, the grade of production and consumption is increasing every passing day with the remarkable improvement in farming industry. Nevertheless, regrettably, it is observed in some countries that people are still exposed to starvation. No doubt, there are some fundamental causes leading to this problem. The following essay will explain in details the main issues and possible solutions to reduce this trouble.

To begin with the predominant factors constituting this tragic problem, the dependency, and its impacts on undeveloped countries' economy and welfare standards can be addressed in many places in the world. By way of explanation, in spite of having fertile soils and appropriate weather conditions in a considerable number of poor countries, the nations of these countries are somehow unable to fullfill their own needs; instead, the powerful and wealthy nations such as the USA or Russia get in row to dominate indigent states' cultivated areas easily and purchase farm productions due to their intense labor and advanced economy. Moreover, another significant reason to amplify the severness of this trouble is the growing population, especially in undeveloped countries. For instance, in India, although the donation of the farming sector is more in the economy, a high rate of poverty inevitably prevails owing to the high inflation and the number of citizens.

Turning to possible solutions to decrease the mentioned causes above, firstly, some restrictions should be enforced on rich countries for the purpose of alleviating utilization of the farming lands of poor countries. For example, some international audit institutions could be established which could say ''STOP'' in order to augment the awareness of exploitation. Secondly, with the intention of preventing excessive inhabitants, governments whose citizens proportion is substantially high should set serious bounds to the families such as penalties or warnings to restrict the number of children. Thus, even if it is seen impossible to cease hungriness, the mentioned solutions might effectively contribute to its reduction at least in the third world countries.

To conclude, although the farming sector in the world shows improvements, unfortunately, famine emerges in certain countries due to the systems of exploitation and overpopulation. From my perspective, the creation of supervision companies and some regulations are urgently needed to be applied by governments in order to take the number of potential children under control and to avert this miserable situation in human societies.
