Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves?
In the globalizing world, a great number of countries are pauper and they need a support from the goverments of the developed countries. In my view, even though enriching the poor country is goverment's duty, developed countries should bear a hand to them, as well.
Initially, while living in wealthy nations provides the necessities handily, poor countries cannot achieve essential needs such as food, clean water, education , medical care and accomodation. Therefore, rich countries must approach poorer lands with empathy and come to one's aid to improve their standards of living. For example, developed countries with a large number of sources instead of wasting them, should share these surplus stocks with people who suffer from starvation. The young of impoverished population may be educated in order to enhance their county. Besides, people who use advanced technology could move their established system to the poor and they should encourage destitute society by taking advantage of their own national fortune.
On the other hand, providing quality conditions for citizens is the main duty of goverments. Authorities have to take on responsibility in order that the aid provided by other countries would be useful. Simultaneously, the ministry is supposed to prevent their own community from being dependent on richer countries because permanent aids turn powerless countries into colonies.
In conclusion, every indigent state needs more sources from other unions. Ethically, the opportunities should be supplied from the hands of strong ones for regions which are in bad shape. However, the biggest responsibility in this regards falls on the states themselves.
