Some people think that a sense of competition in children should be encouraged. Others believe that children who are taught to co-operate rather than compete become more useful adults.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Rivalry has been a part of human beings from the beggining of their history. Since the competition is imposed as a phenomenon that very significant for carrying on in life from very young ages, some people have talked over the aspects of enjoining competition to children. While some groups stand up for the idea that how essential the rivalry is in every stage of mortal life, te others line up with the fact that the matter of fact is not pushing children to emulate with each other. It is teaching them how to co-operate. I personally take the side of second group. In this essay, both of the standpoints will be discussed.

Since people are only children, some people talks about the necessary of competition to survive. And it may lead children to gain some required life skills. For instance, students who are more ambitious from their friends are fatefully become more accomplished than the others. The desire of going further than the other students in academic actions occur as their aim. Therefore, they crack the books, and study for being the best. The more they succeed in lessons, the more they get passionate about studying. Moreover, in developing world, people have started to became more self-centered. Depending on this fact, they only cares about themselves and take co-operation into account as an event that drag them down.

On the other hand, being so ravenous can make people isolated owing to fact that they are only pay attention to their own achievements. For example, when they need somebody to give a hand to them, they will not be able to find the support that they are lack of since they had not cared about collabration. In addition, some situations are not able to deal with on our own. We need to communicate, discuss and share out our ideas with others to get a much better result. In these kinds of occations, trying not to co-operate and trying out for competing would be the element that drag you down.

In conclusion, being competitive can be imperative in distinct stages of life to keep alive. However, being rival should not be percieved as the only way out to be successful or reach out what we want. Co-operation can be a lifesaver in some circumstances. While making a decision, these points should be considered.
