Salary increase and promotions to new positions are not the only ways to reward emloyees for good work. What other rewards for good work can be effective in enchouriging further good work? Use specific examplkes to support your response?
Lifestyle nowadays is highly competitive inasmuch as it contains lots of hustle and bustle. Although a lot of employers present fresh positions or rise for their proles, it is not only ineligible but also improvable since workers want to be seen in this race. Personally, I believe there are some way outs for the bosses to feel their workers appreciated which I am going to represent in this essay.
For a start, encouraging employees will not only improve the worker's solidetary, but also boost the company's achievements. Personal victories of a worker will help to elevate the employee's coworkers motivation. If workfellows of the prole's see that they are awarded for their decent work, they would feel gratified and they would keep up the good work. I am in favour of the fact that employers can simply ease this process by confering them small vacations or celebration dinners. These little rewards make them think they are worthy in this competition and this would spread the eagerness to the rest of the workers. Eventually, this prizing system would be beneficial for the company, since all of the workers would bone up on their tasks.
What is more is that workers would feel more secure if they win recognition in the company. Besides, the prosperous worker would need less supervision which would again be profitable for the firm. Taskmasters could give this consideration, by giving employees the chance to pick up their own tasks, such as projects or the colleague in that project. If employees get to select something, they would feel the support of their boss. As it was mentioned, this could be smoothly done by giving the workers the right to choose in the corporation.
In conclusion, due to the forementioned reasons, I strongly believe that gaining the working enthusiasm of the worker would lead to redound company's success. Simply, this could easily be done by not only giving small rewards to the workers such as small vacation or celebration meals but also giving them the right to choose in business tasks.
