Grades encourage students to work harder at school. Do you agree or disagree? Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
Life in today's modern world is highly competitive. In order to keep up with it, teenagers and kids should study really hard and build their own futures. In my point of view, we need to maintain a perfect education system and environment for students. To maintain the right education system for our kids, we need to have a grading system which would encourage them to buckle down on their studies.
To start, I am convinced that it is important for students to improve themselves during their education life. Competitive environment and rewarding system can easily inspire this. I believe that knowing that your efforts and studies are 'worth for something' is a motivation. It hypes you up to crack the books, since you know that you are one step closer to achieve your aim. The grading system shows you whether you have a lack of information about the subject and makes it easier to chase your fellows and study harder than ever. Personally, I feel that being a hardworking person eventually leads you to enhance yourself and get higher notes.
Secondly, being an earnest student prepares you for the future. Unfortunetly, life is getting strenuous and more obstacled every passing year. Owing to the fact that life is not getting gentler or soft-hearted, students need to focus on improving their skills and preparing themselves for their dream jobs. To illustrate, I remember when I was just a little kid, my parents motivated me to be a responsible and eager student to get high grades, which made me struggle less in the university and after graduating, I was already used to work with that tempo. If you start doing something early in your life, it becomes your lifestyle, not an obligation. You know, you can not teach an old dog new tricks.
In conclusion, according to the reasons I just mentioned, I definitely think that grading system is inspiring for kids and makes them follow their studies harder. I recommend every parent to support their kids to be hardworking, it would eventually let them have a bright future.
