Happiness is considered very important in life.
Why is it difficult to define?
What factors are important in achieving happiness?
Human beings always attempt to ascertain the ways of becoming happy ever since they have opened their eyes to the world due to contemplating that happiness plays an essential role in their lives. However, during the period of pursuit of felicity, people still could not find the precise meaning of blissfulness and how they could describe it in verbal manners. The following essay will firstly discuss the reasons why there is no specific definition about being happy, and secondly how it discourses the significant elements to accomplish it.
The purport of joy varies for individuals depending on their mentalities and perspectives towards a delightful life. Some people, for instance, find euphoria when they have a sense of satisfaction by earning a lot of money or achieving success, whereas for others, trying to keep healthy, having a peace of mind and pleasant family make more sense than anything else. Furthermore, it is an undeniable fact that the amount of happiness related to different types of satisfaction as it is mentioned above differ from person to person owing to insatiateness of people. When a person's goal or expectation is fulfilled, they want more and this is a never-ending process. As a result, happiness can breed a variety of descriptions nourished by human interests and mindsets and it is next to impossible to specify a certain definition.
Although it seems arduous to identify jubilation, there are some key elements of being happy and gratified. The first element is ''knowing yourself''. By way of explanation, people should be aware of their tendencies, abilities, and passions which occupy a huge place in their lives. Thus, life would be a more livable place for them. For example, if a young person follows their dream jobs and makes an endeavor for having it instead of bowing to the pressure of their family, they would be one step further to be happy. The second element that I supported is ''being thankful for small blessings''. In other words, individuals ought to know confining themselves with what they have. This leads to transforming people into the ones who are estranged from their irrepressible desires, which means they would be more pleasured with whatever they have or do.
In conclusion, while happiness in life is a desirable achievement for all individuals, being joyful is totally different for each and every person. However, from my perspective, there are some common factors for humans to approach elation like distinguishing who they really are and being grateful for what they possess.
