At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?
Today, according to existing data, some nations have much more young people in their population than elder ones. In this essay, firstly, the advantages of having young population in a country will be examined. Secondly, the problems of a nation with elder population and its effects on the society will be tackled from down to up, and the ideas linked to this subject will be discussed.
First and foremost, the existing of young minds is an inevitable compulsory for countries. Youngsters are always able to catch the era, and in this direction, they come up with utterly different approaches to issues. As a consequence of being familiar with technology and growth in modern advancements, they have a gift, which is called 'quick mind'. For instance, in workplaces, young brains can cope with technological issues which require technological abilities that old people mostly are not acquanted with. In addition to this, dynamic population means labour force for a country. All the time, young people dare to take risks thanks to their age bringing advantage. Moreover, their ideas on investment, their physical capablility and also their vision connected to contemporary age make them more innovative humans than older people.
From another perspective, although some people consider that elder people's expreinces should be percieved as a treasure, this idea has been losing its effect day by day. Thanks to technology, young people can reach any type of current information rapidly, and so they are not in need of old-school advice. Even, old people's opinions spark off some outdated approaches on lots of businesses. Moreover, lots of old people have conventional mindsets. These kinds of ideas always carry youngsters back because of their disjointed characteristics from our time. To give an example, if young individuals come with an extraordinary venture project about the e-trade, they will encounter a reaction from their parents not only because of their parents' absent knowledge in this field but also due to the traditional attitudes of their minds.
To sum up, the existing young population can provide fabulous advantages to a country. Their practical minds and their brave decisions in the trade field take forward their country to an incredible extent. However, old people's mentality and their antiquated ideas sabotage youngsters' future plans. As a consequence, I strongly believe that young population ensures much more advantages than disadvantages for the well-being of a country.
