When
we consider people who live around us, including ourselves, it is
quite obvious that we spend our lives for working. People should be
pleased with some betterments relevant to their career. Yet, in my
opinion, it is impossible that everyone feel satisfied in any case.
As a begining, it is pretty clear that the best way for providing motivation in work is worthwhile income. It is instinctive and natural expectation for employees to have a reward for their effort. For instance, pay rises, promotions, betterments always act upon far for individuals who have an anticipation in their career It is quite apparent that improving workers' motivation with a holiday whose cost is paid by the employer serves the purpose of encouraging people. Thus, it is promotive for the employees to work enthusiasticly for their tasks and take their jobs seriously. Only in this way, can people feel satisfied with their business.
However, even if individuals feel content enough, sometimes they may not find what they look for. The fundemental reason for this issue is all about the employees who work hard to enhance their career and forget to live life to the fullest. After a while, they would complain about their work hours, mental and phsical fatigue and inability to spend their income. In my humble opinion, this issue leads to a kind of vicious circle. For some workers, they do not have any satisfaction because of their material and nonmaterial limits.
To sum up, in terms of workers and their capabilities, we can not mention about sense of satisfaction. It seems unfeasible due to humans' no end of wishes and unsatisfied nature. Finding a balance between work hours and other essential necessities are not within bounds of possibility.
