Britain. The graph shows the trends in consumption of fast foods.
Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below.
While the bar graph illisturates the data about expenditures on different fast foods in the country, the line graph shows how these kinds of food were consumed in divergent years. Overall, it can be seen that expenditures on the fast foods are based on people' earnings. Pizza was the most preferred food in 1970; yet, when we take a close look at the last situation, we notice that it lost its popularity in time, while fish and chips was highly trendy at the end of period.
According to the bar chart, it can be easily seen that high-class people have a tendency to eat hamburgers than other fast foods. Also, this type of people have more powerful economic situation to spend their money on the fast foods than those who are in the economic class. When the medium class is analyzed, it can be noticed that this kind of people prefer to purchase hamburgers. The average income class consumes fish and chips at second and further their last choice about this issue is pizza. When it comes to low-paid people, it can be readily realized that there is a competition in which the winner is fish and chips in the contest with hamburgers and fish and chips.
From the other aspect, the line chart indicates while pizza was the most popular fast food in 1970, fish and chips took the place of this food with a hot number in 1990. British people whose consumption habits changed, gained an interest on eating hamburgers year by year.
