The tables demonstrate information about the sales of coffee and bananas whose prices were set by the government in the years 1999 and 2004 in five countries from Europe. Overall, it is seen that in both years, the highest sales of coffee were in the UK and the most sales of bananas occurred in Switzerland.

First of all, one can obviously notice that the biggest rise for coffee sales is seen in the UK by about 13 times more than its previous value in five years period. As for Sweden, it was the country where the least coffee was sold with 0.8 million Euro in 1999 and 1 million Euro in 2004. Secondly, most of the banana sales happened in Switzerland and the least sales in Denmark. Switzerland tripled their banana sales while Denmark dropped it by 5 percent from 1999 to 2004.

As it can be seen from the table, the sales of coffee in all countries increased in 2004 compared to the sales in 1999 excluding the sales of banana in Denmark. The total sales of coffee were higher than the sales of banana and both products were mostly consumed by Switzerland and the UK citizens. On the other hand, the production of coffee of Belgium rose about 6 times while production of banana increased approximately by 0.7 percent during the 5 years.
