Write a report for a university lecturer, describing the information shown below.

The charts illustrate why people have the tendency to study and their ideas about how studying expenses should be funded. When we take a close look at first chart, we can easily see that people have enthusiasm about studying because of their interest in subject. In addition to this, the pie chart shows people's opinion about how these expenditures should be shared.

Based on the survay results, it is quite clear that nearly same proportion of adults ( 38% and 40% ) have the motivation to study mainly for two reasons which are their interest in subject and their will to gain qualifications. Figures showe that three of the remaining reasons have pretty close percentiles with %22 and %20. These porpuses for educations are respectiveily, being helpful for current job, improving prospects of promotion and enjoying learning/studying. It seems that %12 of the workers are not glad with their current jobs and because of this fact they want to create a new chance for themselves. %9 of the adults have the perception that training is a way for socializing.

From the pie chart it is seen that %40 of the survey takers argue that people who want to study ought to afford their expenses themselves. %35 of the majority has the belief that employer should take responsibilty about other's educational costs. On the other hand, %25 of the participants support the idea that taxpayayers should take part among the payers.
