The diagram illustrates the eight stages of instant noodle production in a factory. Overall, a huge amount of instant noodles can constantly be manufactured.
To begin with, it is obvious that high amount of flour is transferred by trucks and stocked in storage silos. Then, the flour is added into a mixer tank and combinated with water and oil. In this process, dough, which is the main substance of instant noodle, is produced. Afterwards, a certain amount of dough is poured on rollers so that dough is turned into flat sheets in machine.
Considering the preparation parts of instant noodles, we can easily get the picture that flat dough sheets are stripted, then shaped as disk in machine. Afterwards, the noodles, converted from dough to discs, are not only fried in oil, but dried in oven, as well. The dried noodles are filled into cups and flavored with both vegetables and spicies. Finally, the cups covered with the labels of the instant noodle brand and also tapped. In the last stage, instant noodles are prepared for sale.
