In some countries owning a home rather than renting one is considered very important.

Why might this be the case?

Is this a positive or negative development?

Housing has sprouted up since urban life became more and more popular for human beings. Therefore, individuals mostly opt for purchasing a home, instead of rental options. In this essay, one cause for each question is represented.

Firstly, the reason why people frequently choose sale home choice, not rent is based upon the fact that owing an accommodation caters for a stable lifestyle to residents. It is a well-known reality that those who prefer to rent a home are likely to have some problems, such as raising rent price, the responsibilities at home and renovation, with their landlords. Therefore, renters are possible to look for a new accommodation. However, home owners can easily make their own decisions at their accommodations and they do not have any matter to do so. For instance, while loaners usually stack up rental announcements in case of having problem with their landlords, the owners mostly cope with troubles. Hence, owners do not have to move to another place.

Secondly, the reason why owning a home is a better choice than loaning is that the owners can be accustomed to know their neighbors, well. It is sad but true that some residents do not desire to share their floor with loaners since they temprorarily accommodate in that region. That is why, when the home of the owner is burgled, renters can be regarded as one of the suspicious people. Nonetheless, owing to the fact that home owners have not only been known for a long time, but also they are eager to protect their neighbor's home just as they foster their home, similar matters may not occur. For example, strangers can quickly be detected in a location where the owners densely live. Thus, neither unwanted experiences happen, nor nobody is blamed.

In conclusion, it is ferreted out that individuals opt for buying a home rather than loaning it because they permanently require to stay in a place. Moreover, communal protection is provided, if the number of home owners bumps up in a region.
