In today's developing world, it has always been argued if having extremely high salaries is good for the country or earnings should not be allowed to be over a specific level. This essay will try to discuss and examine both views along with the author's personal point of view.

In many countries, some people believe that the existence of well being people is beneficial for the country as rich people have to pay extremely high taxes. These rich citizens earn a significant amount of money and account for the minority of the society. As a result, the government is pleased with the amount of money that comes from these people, which constitutes a large portion of state's budget needed for the necessary expenditures. Moreover, due to the fact that wealthy people get great income, they help the government to instruct some civil facilities such as roads, bridges, energy systems by the given taxes.

However, some other members of the public, including me, think that great amounts of money in one's hand can inevitably have many drawbacks. In the society, this condition creates a great instability between the rich and ordinary people. This instability makes the rich richer and the poor poorer. Because of the fact that imbalance in the income system can create an enormous gap amongst people, all aspects of life may eventually get to a miserable point. To illustrate this fact, we can look into some unequal positions available in the economic or social life, such as the position of an ordinary officer who works with the CEOs, businessmen, and company owners in metropolitans. Therefore, I believe that government should bring up a certain level to the amount of earned wealth by restricting the number and value of the citizen's belonging. In addition, authorities should bring a balance into public to supplly the nation's needs equally and fairly and legislate laws that make frauds and greedies adhere to or abide by the laws to protect the equity in the country. This fact also helps to prevent the corporate fraud that includes the grand amount of money between the bureaucracy and the wealthy businessmen, especially in the auctions and trade tenders.

In conclusion, despite the fact that a considerable number of supporters believe that earning great amounts of money by the small number of people in the society should be allowed, some individulas hold the idea that if this small group's wealth value grows to humongous amounts, public welfare would get dramatic damages. Also, I believe that getting gigantic salaries by a minority of the public is highly detrimental to the general condition of the society.
