It has always been believed that entertainers such as film stars, pop musicians or sports stars gain high amounts of money as the sector of entertainment is a popular area. This essay tries to examine this statement and describe other types of jobs that should be highly paid.

Entertainment as a demanding sector in the globe, provides famous people large amounts of money. To illustrate this fact, we can readily say that sports players or actors earn billions of money on each match or each episode of TV series. In addition, similar situation is evident in terms of musicians. For instance, musicians, pop singers or rock groups or even dancers get enormous payments just for one concert. Moreover, those famous entertainers organise so many tours that are held worldwide and take attentions of millions of people every year. Due to these high payments we can immediately consider that if they are actually achieving big tasks or not.

In today's developing world, different types of professions exist some of which should be really paid well as they require lots of effort. Firstly, some physical jobs that exhaust people more than any other jobs can be paid much more than their current amounts, such as factory labourers, mine employees, agricultural farmers or livestock raisers, because these labourers live in difficult and unbearable conditions and take so many risks that threaten their health and even their lives during their working period. Moreover, they are of great value to the society due to the fact that they steadily supply all the basic needs of industries or society. Secondly, we have important workers such as doctors, lawyers, judges and teachers in the world that serve the humanity. Unfortunately, these workers can not get the real value and importance that they actually deserve. Therefore, those who work physically in difficult positions and those who are carrying essential duties for humankind should be highly paid.

In conclusion, it has always been the case that entertainers earn lots of money. I am of the opinion that this fact is bitterly true. I also support the idea that there are still some critical professions that should be paid well, as well.
