The bar chart illusturates three different computer packages which are ActiveX, Java and Net, downloaded from the internet in five weeks. Overall, while ActiveX was the most popular one among these packages, Net was the least preferred type for the users of the internet in the time scale.

To begin, the ActiveX and Java bars illustrated similar patterns with the difference that the number of downloaded Java depict a gradual increase, whilst that of ActiveX present fluctuating pattern. The biggest rise was seen in the download number of ActiveX with just over 120.000.

The bar of Net fell steadily nearly from 35.000 to 15.000 through week 3. After the middle of all this period, the internet users started to download Net more than they did in the beginning of the period and because of this it rose steeply. Even if it experienced an increase, during all the given period, the Net bar was always the third used type among the other types.
