Do the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantage

Many countries of the world accept and give migration from different countries for working, living and educational purposes. Besides, today's world technology is providing communication and transportation between long distances. In my opinion, the advantages of this phenomenon weigh more than the drawbacks.

To begin with, the disadvantages of going overseas can be underlined as its bad effects. For instance, family bounds would be weaken even if the communication is available. People would feel uncomfortable with the culture of the foreign countries and they may experience difficulties in getting adapted to a new culture. Another reason may be the financial situation of the person. Most of the people do not have enough budget to live in another country. As a consequence of this, many of them have to return to their own countries. Furthermore, climate changes could affect the emmigrants' and immigrants' bodies badly although this condition happens rarely. Because of this reason, some people can not go to specific countries.

As for the advantages, one advantage of going to another country is getting the chance of better job opportunities. Many countries provide better jobs and educational institutions. As a consequence of this, people can learn and work more effectively. Another reason is that people see exotic cultures and meet different kinds of people who can help them add value to themselves. In addition, some countries demand labour force to keep the economy well and people who want to work abroad can benefit from this situation. For instance, hospitals, IT companies and many other work areas require labour force depending on the country's economy. Another point of view is that people can travel to different countries with no time consuming transportation. For this reason, they do not suffer from lack of family ties. They can visit their families any time by any aircraft. All these facts considered, it is clear that the advantages highly outweigh the disadvantages.

To sum up, although there are some disadvantages which are family issues, communication and many other aspects of the immigration and emmigration. The advantages obviously overcome them with more benefits such as meet different cultures, job and educational opportunities. In my opinion, going abroad is a good experience to develop new skills due to the fact that provides ways to discover new places.
