The diagram illustrates the process that is used to manufacture bricks for the building industry.
The diagram explains brick producing process..Overall, it can be seen that brick making mechanisim is divided into seven steps srtarting from digging clay and ending with packaging and delivery to the market place.
The process strats with the collecting clay and continues with crumbling, reshaping and baking process. These clay blocks are crumbled into small pieces by using a metal grid. The clay crumbles are transported with the help of a roller band, and then are mixed with sand and water.
After this process, the obtained mixture is reshaped. The clay dough is shaped with using molding or wire cutting methods. After this stage, the raw bricks are dried in a room for about one or two days. In the next step, the bricks are baked in the temputure ranging from 200 celcius to 1300 celcius in two stages. In the last step, the bricks are cooled in a room for two or three days. Finally, the bricks are ready for the packaging and delivering with a lorry.
