The line graph illustrates the fast food consumption habits of Australian Teenagers between the years 1975 and 2000. In this chart, three various fast food products are defined according to the number of times they were eaten per year. These products are fish and chips, pizza and hamburgers. Overall, during the period of 25 years, itis seen that the rate of eating hamburgers and pizza increased while that of fish and chips went down.

Firstly, this chart obviously shows that fish and chips was far more popular fast food than pizza and hamburgers in 1975, although it fluctuated between 1975 and 1985. This popularity started to decrease after 1985. Fish and chips was consumed approximately 100 times a year by Australian teenager in 1985 while this rate decreased to just under 40 in 2000.

Despite the fact that pizza and hamburgers were not popular among Australian teenagers in 1975, the number of times of eaten pizza per year mounted up from 1975 to 1985 and reached a plateau between 1995 and 2000. The consumption of hamburgers rose slowly between 1975 and 1995. The consumption rate of hamburgers remained steady between 1995 and 2000. Hamburgers was eaten 100 times a year whereas pizza was preferred nearly 80 times a year.
